About Me

About Me

I am a member of one the most respected law firms in Boston, Weston Patrick, and a highly experienced advocate and trial lawyer who has been fighting for my clients for over 30 years.

I have represented clients and tried cases in the Superior, District, and Probate & Family Courts and in the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts. I have successfully argued before the Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts [Watch Video - Windows Media]. I have also made appearances before state and municipal administrative boards and in private negotiations, mediations and arbitrations.

I counsel my clients in the following matters: divorce and custody cases, will contests and probate disputes, criminal matters, personal injury, legal and medical malpractice claims, civil rights, workplace discrimination suits, insurance claims, and in civil litigation arising out of contracts, business and real estate deals gone bad.

As a member of Weston Patrick, I am able to tap the expertise of my colleagues who collectively offer top-notch handling of business, contract, corporate, tax, real estate and estate planning matters.
